World Youth Day promo signs
Signs with the question “Are you ready?” have popped up around Krakow this week. The catchphrase is a promotional campaign for World Youth Day, the first signs appearing on Matecznego Roundabout and Congress Center this week. In mid-June more posters and flags will pop up around the city, currently an estimated 2,700. [LoveKrakow]
Accident blocks the highway
On Sunday evening an accident took place on highway 52 involving two cars and a motorcycle. The accident took place near Kalwarii Zebrzydowskiej. The road was blocked for a few hours and police attempted to create temporary routes through Wadowice to Stryszów and Brody, as well as from Krakow through Stanisław Górny. [LoveKrakow]
