About the Krakow Post

Krakow Post is Krakow's only English language newspaper. The paper is the most respected source of news and information for English speakers in the city, with the latest stories on politics and current affairs, business and technology, sports, culture and the arts, as well as the popular City Life supplement, with nightlife news, restaurant reviews and top events.

Krakow Post is a monthly publication with a circulation of up to 50,000 and is distributed to over 400 locations around the city, including Krakow Balice International Airport, tourist information points, embassies and consulates, business centres, all major hotels, popular hostels, restaurants, shops, sports centres, medical centres and language schools. It is also carried by several airlines, including LOT and Lufthansa, on international flights to and from Krakow.

Since taking over Krakow Post in spring of 2008, Lifeboat Ltd. have dramatically changed the face of the publication, employing a young team of professional editors and journalists to revitalise the paper. The result is a much broader-ranging publication that engages its readers on the politics of the day, delivers investigative reports into local and national issues and publishes authoritative pieces on everything from the impact of new technologies on local businesses to retrospectives on Poland's great artists. The more light-hearted City Life supplement entertains readers with stories and photos from Krakow's nightlife, well-observed reviews of restaurants and bars as well as a comprehensive guide to the month's best festivals, exhibitions, concerts and parties. The influence of Krakow Post has seen it recommended and quoted in both the local press, such as Gazeta Wyborcza, as well as the international press such as The New York Times and The Independent.

Thanks to the quality of the publication and its high circulation, Krakow Post is read by tens of thousands of English-speaking tourists, businessmen and expatriates as well as local Polish residents who are comfortable with the language and value the high quality articles of the newspaper. As such, the Krakow Post is undoubtedly the best media channel for advertisers to reach Krakow's increasingly large English-speaking community. Due to the broad-ranging nature of the paper, our clients can choose from a range of advertising options which suit their business, supported by the newspaper's website (www.krakowpost.com). In addition to the unbeatable exposure Krakow Post offers to advertisers, our clients are pleased to be associated with such a prestigious publication.
