Polish team to play friendly against Greece
The Polish national football team will be facing Greece this evening in a friendly match, in Bydgoszcz. The starting kick-off will be at 7:30 pm. Poland is the favourite to win this match but it’s unlikely that their rivals will let them take away an easy victory.
Head coach of the Polish team, Leo Beenhakker, still has a few doubts about the starting line-up, but surprises can be expected. He has called up French-born Ludovic Obraniak, who received his Polish passport in June, for a possible debut.
Polish fans are hoping to see an improvement in their national team, which tied 1-1 with Iraq in their last match this June.
After this friendly match against Greece, the Polish team will be getting ready for their next World Cup qualification match, against Northern Ireland.
