U.S. Visa Forms Available Online

Beginning today, 24 May 2010, the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw is implementing a new online non-immigrant visa application form, which will replace the current paper-only system. The new form is available online in Polish and English for Polish citizens applying to visit the United States.

The DS-160 form, developed by the U.S. Department of State, is designed to simplify the visa application process and offer better privacy protection for applicants. It has already been implemented in other countries and will become mandatory worldwide on 1 June 2010.
