One Night for Africa in Krakow

A 2nd year student at Jagiellonian University is the force behind a charity event to raise money for children in Cameroon. Kasia Heith, who had travelled to the west African nation as a volunteer, has organised the one-night event to raise money for Reach Out Cameroon’s “Chicken for a Life Project”. The project focuses on teaching orphans and young people how to raise chickens, so that they may become financially independent and be able to pursue an education as well as be able to afford medical care.

The charity event, called One Night for Africa, will take place on 8 May in the elegant Bonerowski Palace Hotel. More information can be found at www.reachoutcameroon.org, or by contacting Kasia Heith at catherineheith@gmail.com.
