Two A4 accidents within 1 hour

During the course of 1 hour two accidents took place on the A4 highway between Krakow and Katowice. Around 7:00 pm near Podłęża an accident took place, where 4 cars collided. An hour later at around 8:00 pm another accident took place took place near Więzłem Bieżanów, which led the left lane to be blocked for a few hours on the way back to Krakow. [Love Krakow]

KOD protest on Main Square

Yesterday on Krakow’s Main Square the Committee for the Defense of Democracy (KOD) and its members met to protest with the slogan “Where is the Poles’ president?” The event took place a day after a similar event in Warszaw by the organization, and was centered on claims that Anrziej Duda and why he offends, does not follow the constitution and does not respect verdicts ok the tribunal court. March around Jewish Ghetto

In honor of the 73rd anniversary of the end of the ghetto in Podgórzu, a march in honor of its Jewish inhabitants from Bohaterów Getta Square to the site of the former Płaszów concentration camp near Jerozolimska Street. Local Krakovians participated, as well as prominent members of the local Jewish committee, and city officials. [Gazeta Krakowska]
