Developments in newborn case

A few days ago, the body of a newborn was found in a town near Krakow. Today it was revealed that the body was that of a girl. An autopsy could not determine the cause of death, but medical examiners were able to determine that the child had come to term and had been dead for some time. The body was discovered by a man called Czesław Kurzej while in the forest collecting wood. The small town is in shock, the case bearing some similarities to the baby Madzia case from Sosnowiec in 2013. The police are currently waiting for lab results. [TVN 24]
